This agency is incredibly frustrating. There is zero communication. The payroll team deserves a rating of zero stars, but since that’s not an option, even giving them one star feels like an overestimation. They ignore issues and simply tell you to email them, claiming they can't take calls about payroll. The email response time of 5-7 days is nonsense; I've been waiting over 15 days for a reply to my initial email. Despite numerous calls and emails, nothing gets resolved. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this unprofessional team.
