This agency is the worst I've ever dealt with. There is zero communication. The payroll team deserves a rating of zero stars, but since that's not possible, even a single star feels generous. They avoid following up on issues and simply tell you to email them, claiming they can't take calls about payroll questions. The email response time is stated as 5-7 days, which is completely false, as I'm still waiting over 15 days for a reply to my initial email. I've made countless calls and sent numerous emails, yet nothing is being resolved. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of these unprofessional individuals.
My time with this agency has been persistently frustrating. They frequently mismanaged my pay, even for shifts I completed, and often canceled shifts after I had already worked them.
