This company has been entirely unresponsive through all communication methods—phone, email, and their website. I have a gift card I cannot redeem due to constant error messages. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to customer service, I have received zero responses. Ignoring customers and failing to address valid concerns is unacceptable. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I will file formal complaints. I strongly recommend others reconsider doing business with this company due to their untrustworthiness.
