Like others, I was excited about the variety in larger sizes, but the inability to return or exchange items is absurd in today's e-commerce landscape. I left voicemails and sent emails, but received no response. There is a total lack of customer service, and I advise extreme caution when purchasing. If you're uncertain about sizes, don't take the risk, as returns are only eligible for store credit. Good luck trying to get any resolution. I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
