I ordered this product over a month ago and still have not received it. When I contacted customer service via email several times, they repeatedly told me that it was on backorder and that it would be sent soon. They apologized profusely and offered me a $25 credit to my profile to use at my leisure. When I went on the website to check my profile and the product there was not a $25 credit and the product that I had ordered was not on backorder. What I find interesting is that most companies don’t charge you until the product is shipped that should’ve been my first red flag. I have asked for a refund and I’m waiting to hear their reply. I’m really wondering if this is a scam.Update: I received a refund and apology saying that this my order was not their normal experience.
