WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Their supposed "30 day money back guarantee" is a SCAM!!!!!! THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU IN FULL!!!!! I returned the AngelLift unopened & unused! They did not refund my initial shipping cost. PLUS! they made me pay the shipping to return, where honorable companies have given me prepaid return shipping labels in order to return an item if I was not satisfied for any reason because they stand behind their product & their customer's satisfaction. PLUS!! They charged me a $10 medical waste disposal fee for this very small item!!!! So, in summary, I lost $28+ total for something that I returned & don't have!!! So think twice before you buy from this company & don't be fooled like I was by their so-called money back guarantee claim!!!!!
It’s too early to talk about how the product works, as I am only on Day One, but I am extremely pleased with the customer service. I had some concerns about that, having read a few negative reviews, so I wrote and asked about it. I received a helpful response WITHIN MINUTES. Feeling encouraged, I asked a series of questions about the product itself, and again got immediate responses, which helped me to choose the right product for me. Today I sent another email — they may get tired of me soon! — this time asking about how to use Angel Lift along with another product line that I use. That response was also immediate, and also knowledgeable and helpful. My product even arrived one day ahead of schedule. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I had no trouble with my first use of the DermaStrips, perfectly comfortable to wear. I will write again in a month to review the actual results, but so far, I am delighted.
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered - if you can even call them customer service, as they never respond. They failed to communicate that there was a backorder on the product, so I cancelled the order but they never responded. Whenever they do respond, it’s automated and not at all helpful. I’ve sent close to 30 emails the past months and I’m still nowhere closer to getting refunded for a product I never received. Stay away!
Product doesn’t work and customer service is terrible. After MANY emails re the return of the item (which I have proof they received), I finally had to call my credit card to simply dispute the transaction. Most important: the product did NOT work at all - despite carefully following the directions for over a month. Note - if you return it, they charge you $10 to dispose of it - give me a break. NOT RECOMMENDED
I ordered this product over a month ago and still have not received it. When I contacted customer service via email several times, they repeatedly told me that it was on backorder and that it would be sent soon. They apologized profusely and offered me a $25 credit to my profile to use at my leisure. When I went on the website to check my profile and the product there was not a $25 credit and the product that I had ordered was not on backorder. What I find interesting is that most companies don’t charge you until the product is shipped that should’ve been my first red flag. I have asked for a refund and I’m waiting to hear their reply. I’m really wondering if this is a scam.Update: I received a refund and apology saying that this my order was not their normal experience.

Terrible nonexistent customer service. It took two weeks to send return information. It has been almost 3 weeks since receipt of my return product per UPS tracking. I have emailed them several times requesting an update on return/refund status. No response at all. I diligently followed the return instructions paying nine dollars for return ship and supposedly another $10 to their recycle fee. Ok with that, now I just want my money back. This company has bad vibes.
