The customer service from the admin team was appalling. They showed no consideration for a disabled individual who waited six hours by the roadside. Thankfully, a tyre fitter arrived to replace two damaged tyres caused by a cyclist. He mentioned he had only just received the job 45 minutes before and had just started his shift. The admin team falsely claimed he was on his way from a location five miles away. This reflects a lack of customer focus and empathy. I hope they eventually experience the frustration they caused.
