Unacceptable service from the administration team. They showed no consideration for a disabled individual who waited 6 hours by the roadside. Thankfully, a tyre fitter, who was truly a lifesaver, arrived to replace two tyres I had damaged after being cut off by a cyclist. When the fitter arrived at 11pm, he mentioned he had only received the job 45 minutes earlier and had just begun his shift. The administration team had claimed that the fitter was en route from a location 5 miles away, which was clearly untrue. Their focus on customer care is severely lacking, and they seem to lack any sense of empathy. I hope they experience a similar situation one day to understand the frustration.

Frank arrived promptly and showed no resentment for the wait. He treated my bike with care as if it were his own and even returned to me when I forgot my phone in the truck. A great guy, he truly is a valuable asset to the service and deserves recognition.

I had a frightening experience with a recovery truck driver who dangerously tailgated other vehicles at over 80 mph and made offensive gestures while overtaking. He recklessly forced his way into traffic at the last moment. This behavior is extremely dangerous and reflects poorly on the service. They need to take action before someone gets hurt.
I was dangerously cut off by one of their recovery trucks, which was driving erratically to save a few seconds. I had a dash cam but couldn't capture a clear number plate for police action. Drivers like this are a risk on the road, and I will report them if I see such behavior again. Avoid this service if you value safety!

As mentioned by another customer, this service seems to exploit its workers. Ron, who I thought was a mechanic, turned out to be the manager, while Mo was polite. Ron's unethical behavior stood out. Some products they offer break easily, and the sliders are particularly disappointing.
