Unacceptable service from the administration team. They showed no consideration for a disabled individual who waited 6 hours by the roadside. Thankfully, a tyre fitter, who was truly a lifesaver, arrived to replace two tyres I had damaged after being cut off by a cyclist. When the fitter arrived at 11pm, he mentioned he had only received the job 45 minutes earlier and had just begun his shift. The administration team had claimed that the fitter was en route from a location 5 miles away, which was clearly untrue. Their focus on customer care is severely lacking, and they seem to lack any sense of empathy. I hope they experience a similar situation one day to understand the frustration.
