This is the absolute worst car service I've encountered in over 20 years in the city. The drivers and staff were unprofessional, and the advertised "meet and greet service" was misleading, as it was presented on both the website and during phone hold messages. After a grueling 14-hour flight, my elderly parents shouldn't have had to endure this. The driver forgot to refuel, lost his car in the parking lot, and spent the entire trip texting and talking on his phone. Customers should be able to rate this terrible service with zero stars.
