This is the most disappointing car service I've encountered in over 20 years in the city. The drivers and staff lacked professionalism, and the advertised 'meet and greet service' was misleading. After a long 14-hour flight, my elderly parents should not have faced such an ordeal. The driver was unprepared, forgetting to fill the gas tank, losing his vehicle, and was preoccupied with texting and talking on his phone throughout the trip. Customers should be allowed to rate this poor service with zero stars.

This service has really declined. I ordered a cab 2.5 hours in advance and received a text saying the driver was on their way 50 minutes before pick-up. They never showed up. When I called the operator, they said the drivers had dropped the booking and asked if I could wait 40 to 60 minutes in the rain. They couldn't explain why they hadn't contacted us beforehand. It seems they don't care. Avoid using them.
Avoid this service at all costs. I booked a cab for 3:50 am and confirmed everything was fine the night before. At 3:30 am, I received a call saying they couldn't find a driver and canceled my booking. Terrible service! I’m grateful for alternative options to get out of this situation. This is the second time this has happened; I will never use them again.
If I could give a negative rating, I would. After an emergency at a hospital, all I wanted was to go home. I was told my taxi would arrive in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, I received a message saying a driver was assigned, but after another 20 minutes, they canceled. These are not people!
I booked a car to the airport for a 7 am pick-up. I called multiple times and was told the driver was on the way, stuck in traffic, about to call, etc. After 45 minutes of this back-and-forth, I gave up and had to get an Uber. They resisted my cancellation, insisting the driver was nearby. Eventually, they agreed to cancel with a reluctant 'okay' and hung up. A useless service—avoid at all costs.
I booked an early-morning ride for 5:50 am, aiming to reach the airport by 6:15 am. A friend had recommended the service, so I expected reliability. Unfortunately, the driver arrived 17 minutes late, leaving me stressed about making my flight. While the driver was polite, there was no help with luggage, and the driving felt rushed. We arrived later than planned. I managed to catch my flight, but the experience was far from stress-free. What disappointed me more was the lack of response to my concerns afterwards. I received no explanation or apology, just a generic voucher to use their service again, which feels dismissive. I hoped for better based on others’ experiences, but I can't recommend this service.
I've only had issues with this service, and this time was the last straw. The driver struggled to find the correct address, was rude, refused to help with luggage, and even shouted at me while I was seven months pregnant. The behavior was unacceptable. The customer service was equally unhelpful—slow to respond and dismissive. They refused a refund, insisting the driver was 'on location,' even though I was visible. No customer should be treated this way, especially a vulnerable one. I will never use this service again.
