The whole experience was exemplary. From the initial order to receipt of my ring was very quick, far quicker than a company I used previously. The website is easy to navigate. The only slight annoyance was the inability to view my chosen colour in my chosen ring setting. However I have received my ring and love it. The packaging is lovely and made opening the ring very special.
