The whole experience was exemplary. From the initial order to receipt of my ring was very quick, far quicker than a company I used previously. The website is easy to navigate. The only slight annoyance was the inability to view my chosen colour in my chosen ring setting. However I have received my ring and love it. The packaging is lovely and made opening the ring very special.
I would strongly advise against dealing with this company again. I ordered a garden plaque in memory of my late father, and after a month of no responses to my emails, I reached out via WhatsApp, but received no reply. Only after threatening to contact regulatory authorities did they respond. They outright lied, claiming my order had been dispatched, despite me not receiving any notification, while I had received all other communications from them. When I pointed this out, they dismissed my concerns about the reliability of emails. It’s suspicious that I didn’t get either the email or the item. They seemed overwhelmed and neglected my order, which I could have accepted if they had been honest about it, but instead, they treated me like I was foolish. I eventually received a refund for the plaque. I had also ordered two rings, one for myself and one for my son, both of which were professionally measured. However, my ring is nearly unwearable as it’s too tight, and my son's is too loose! It’s absurd; now my other son wants a ring, but I’ve advised him to look elsewhere. This company is appalling, lying to and disrespecting their customers. I’m sure they’ll respond to this claiming they don’t lie, which is just another untruth. I didn’t receive the email or the item they said had been sent. They also reacted poorly to my mention of contacting authorities, which I have every right to do if dissatisfied with a service. Their dishonesty seems to stem from their inability to admit mistakes.
This necklace is truly beautiful and made with great attention to detail. I only wish I had found it sooner. It holds a significant amount of my beloved Mum's ashes. The delivery was impressively fast, which amazed me. Thank you to the team for this wonderful piece.
