My initial experience with the service involved purchasing a $90 "wall-mount" option to attach the base of a new 65" TV and simply place it on a table. I ordered this service on Thursday, Jan 8, and it was scheduled for Saturday, Jan 10 at 5 PM. However, the service professional rescheduled THREE TIMES on Jan 10—5 PM, then 7 PM, and finally 8:45 PM—with no one showing up. The service canceled but sent an auto-generated email as if I had initiated the cancellation. They stated I wouldn’t be charged for it, which was amusing. They then rescheduled for Tuesday, Jan 13 at 5 PM, but canceled last minute again. The next reschedule was for Thursday, Jan 15 at 4 PM, and once more, they canceled last minute. They rescheduled again for Saturday, Jan 17 at 10 AM, indicating they were still looking for a professional. At this point, I doubt it will happen and am seeking someone local instead. I appreciate not being charged for their five reschedulings, but it feels like they consider it a favor. I expected some compensation for the lost time waiting for services I had paid for. BE AWARE OF THIS SERVICE. I will NEVER use them again.
