If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Most leads are either fake or unresponsive. After working with them for two years, I found their customer service to be consistently antagonistic, bordering on unprofessional. The only time I got results was when I mirrored their poor attitude, which is not my style. They have created a system where everyone is looking out for themselves, treating their customers as adversaries. They never issue refunds, regardless of fault. They attempt to cover up poor service with more poor service but make no effort to improve. I started this relationship with optimism, but two years later, every ounce of positivity has been drained. It’s toxic. Stay away, don’t open an account. If you have one, close it. If you work for them, you can do better. If you own stock, sell it. If you see their logo, share this experience with others.
