They had a 60 minute estimated wait time for chat! The next day the wait time was less and I did start a chat. The representative helping me said he/she needed a few minutes to finalize the fix. After 5 minutes the chat disconnected due to inactivity! Their inactivity. I was still waiting. Just like they left us waiting on the day of service
