Purchased a tv from Costco and thought I was lucky to find they partnered with a TV mounting service (Angi). Living nightmare followed, it took 2 full weeks and three individuals, since the first untrained "professional" showed up to mount the TV, conceal the wired behind the wall and connect 3 devices. Two out of SEVEN scheduled visits were no show and no call. The first person came, couldn't finish and scheduled a second visit where he ghosted us with a no show, no call. The second person visited twice, fumbled around for two hours each time, and we canceled his attempt to come back a third time and called Angi to send a licensed trained person instead (the last one said he was self taught). The third person stayed 3 hours, couldn't finish although he made more progress than the last two. He came back a second time and finished the work. All three said Angi underpays their workers and a supervisor for Angi said licensing is not a requirement for their workers. No training required, no licensing, no certification, no nothing. Please learn from my experience and stay away from this pitiful excuse for a company.
