I brought a puffco peak for sale price. I recieved the device within 5 days. The device would not heat up despite help from support. I requested a return and was sent the postage paid return slip. Only a store credit was issued due to sale item. I upgrade to peak 2 and i am very happy with unit. I had also brought the 3d chamber and directonal carb cap so now I have spares.
