This store stole HUNDREDS of dollars…

This store stole HUNDREDS of dollars from me. He canceled the order and refuses to refund the money. He accused his supplier HIGH FIVE to have the money but after speaking with the rep from HIGH FIVE, it's clear that it is really Angies Boutique that has the money and refuses to send it back. The thief from Angies Boutique refuses to refund, to reply or even to contact the supplier to enquire about the problem because he knows very well he is the one stealing.
