I acquired my business vehicle through this finance company, and I regret that choice daily. During tough financial times, they provide very little flexibility — refinancing is only an option if there are fewer than three months left on the contract. If you sell the vehicle for less than the remaining balance, they demand repayment of the difference within just 21 weeks. Likewise, if you voluntarily surrender the vehicle, they will auction it and still require any remaining balance to be settled within the same short period, regardless of the owed amount. Their interpretation of “hardship” is not in line with what most would expect. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I truly regret selecting this company for vehicle financing.
