read your contract very carefully as interest is calculated at start of loan in bulk and ends up very expensive if u pay out early very deceiving I think I realise its my responsibility to read contract but when not even one mention of this is made more than a bit sneaky

The finance company conducted a hard inquiry on my credit report without proper consent. They claimed it was a soft check, but it's clearly visible in my report, which shouldn't be the case. They couldn't even locate my record but still refused to remove the inquiry. I've lodged a complaint with the relevant authorities. As a debt management expert, I know this is not how credit checks should be performed. Very disappointing and untrustworthy.
Unethical practices!! An absolutely terrible company. They should face consequences for taking advantage of hardworking individuals. I paid off my $41k loan, yet was still required to pay a $12k settlement. There’s no reward for timely payments; instead, they rob diligent individuals of their hard-earned money. It's best to steer clear of this dishonest organization. I would never recommend them and will be reporting their actions to the appropriate authorities.
Avoid this finance company at all costs. I started with a broker who directed me to this service, promising many things that turned out to be false. I was supposed to have access to a customer portal and make additional payments, but that never materialized. I borrowed the full amount for my new vehicle and was hurried into signing the contract, only to later discover a 17% interest rate. After making $1734 monthly payments for six months and requesting a payout figure for refinancing my mortgage, I learned I still owed an additional $7000 beyond my original loan, despite paying $10404. This can't be legal. I anticipate a robotic automated response.
I acquired my business vehicle through this finance company, and I regret that choice daily. During tough financial times, they provide very little flexibility — refinancing is only an option if there are fewer than three months left on the contract. If you sell the vehicle for less than the remaining balance, they demand repayment of the difference within just 21 weeks. Likewise, if you voluntarily surrender the vehicle, they will auction it and still require any remaining balance to be settled within the same short period, regardless of the owed amount. Their interpretation of “hardship” is not in line with what most would expect. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I truly regret selecting this company for vehicle financing.
