Unethical practices!! An absolutely terrible company. They should face consequences for taking advantage of hardworking individuals. I paid off my $41k loan, yet was still required to pay a $12k settlement. There’s no reward for timely payments; instead, they rob diligent individuals of their hard-earned money. It's best to steer clear of this dishonest organization. I would never recommend them and will be reporting their actions to the appropriate authorities.
