I was supposed to have access to a customer portal and make additional payments, but that never materialized. I borrowed the full amount for my new vehicle and was hurried into signing the contract, only to later discover a 17% interest rate. After making $1734 monthly payments for six months and requesting a payout figure for refinancing my mortgage, I learned I still owed an additional $7000 beyond my original loan, despite paying $10404. This can't be legal. I anticipate a robotic automated response.
