I have had an exceptional customer service experience with Flora at Anglepoise over the last few weeks. My lamp has stopped working and although purchased at John Lewis, I couldn’t find the receipt without trailing through hundreds of online orders. They advised me to contact Anglepoise direct which I did and Flora talked me through possible scenarios including suggesting the fuse had blown. In the end she sent me a label to send it to them warning me that because of the Christmas period it would take a little longer than usual. I received my lamp back today and she was right. It had been the fuse. In addition, they enclosed a new boxed bulb. I am so impressed! We have a total of four Anglepoise lamps in our house and it is wonderful to find a company that does what they say they will do with regard to customer service and preserving the life of their excellent products.
