Emma went above and beyond - she helped me work out the exact colour match for my older lamp, tracked down the right replacement, and sent it out. She was incredibly helpful throughout.

Prompt response from customer service, directed me to the spare part I needed. Spare was not in stock, waiting list service was good, spare became available within a week. Once ordered, arrived within 48 hours and was exactly what I needed.

So I wanted a Paul Smith Anglepoise Lamp. Checked all the major retailers, Heals, John Lewis ect but decided on a whim to search for the company to see if they sold the light directly. They did - the price was good and the service fantastic. I received my lamp two days after ordering! They use a decent courier (DPD) the packaging is sustainable and robust and the lamp is beautiful. So happy I bought directly from Anglepoise. I am delighted with my purchase.
I have had an exceptional customer service experience with Flora at Anglepoise over the last few weeks. My lamp has stopped working and although purchased at John Lewis, I couldn’t find the receipt without trailing through hundreds of online orders. They advised me to contact Anglepoise direct which I did and Flora talked me through possible scenarios including suggesting the fuse had blown. In the end she sent me a label to send it to them warning me that because of the Christmas period it would take a little longer than usual. I received my lamp back today and she was right. It had been the fuse. In addition, they enclosed a new boxed bulb. I am so impressed! We have a total of four Anglepoise lamps in our house and it is wonderful to find a company that does what they say they will do with regard to customer service and preserving the life of their excellent products. I have now bought five anglepoise lamps. Im a big reader and these lamps are the only ones that mean I can see my book wherever I sit in my room. Its been a revelation to be able to adjust the light without any fuss at all. The lamps respond to the lightest touch move and then remain in place.Plus they look appropriate because they are designed carefully. I had the misfortune of having a lamp arrive without the springs which travel separately. I contacted anglepoise to ask which product I needed to buy and they just said its fine we will post it and sorry it wasn't there.Prompt, polite and effective. 5 star service. In future I'm going to buy direct from them, I advise everyone to do this. Don't worry about assembly by the way, anglepoise are the opposite of ikea! Its so easy to put the lamps together, its intuitive you dont even need the instructions!
