I have now bought five anglepoise lamps. Im a big reader and these lamps are the only ones that mean I can see my book wherever I sit in my room. Its been a revelation to be able to adjust the light without any fuss at all. The lamps respond to the lightest touch move and then remain in place.Plus they look appropriate because they are designed carefully. I had the misfortune of having a lamp arrive without the springs which travel separately. I contacted anglepoise to ask which product I needed to buy and they just said its fine we will post it and sorry it wasn't there.Prompt, polite and effective. 5 star service. In future I'm going to buy direct from them, I advise everyone to do this. Don't worry about assembly by the way, anglepoise are the opposite of ikea! Its so easy to put the lamps together, its intuitive you dont even need the instructions!
