Simple ordering system when I ordered spring bulbs. Confirmation was concise, expected delivery date given, then I suddeny wanted to order additional bulbs so phoned and they were added to order with no extra postage, despatch email came and delivery was when they promised. Courier dumped the box on the doorstep, rang the bell and ran off but that's normal for all the hopeless couriers. Bulbs were neatly packed withg planting guide included and were of good quality. Definitely recommended as reliable quality company.
