Living room back door is once again out of alignment, catching when pulling the handle up and trying to turn the key to lock it. Given they’ve had multiple opportunities to correct this problem, I think it’s safe to say it’s got nothing to do with the hinges. Door and window is one unit I think and when I close the door the entire unit wobbles. This brings me back to that screw that isn’t driven into anything, and the fensa assessor shrugging it off like it’s nothing. I might be ok if it’s an isolated event, but I’m not buying that given low quality workmanship on the entire installation - the is zero chance that what’s underneath those stupid trims, is compliant.
This install is wrong and probably dangerous too.
