The request I made was for a representative to place a working window handle onto my bathroom window. The reply stated that I would just get a new handle and because 'somebody' assumed it was easy to replace I was given an attachment video. No time did my physical ability get taken into account. So I will wait for the replacement and at the same time try to make contact to request an engineer to come and do the replacement. That is customer service.
