Anglian installed my doors and windows poorly. We could not get inside the property because the door was locked. I called Anglian and they told me they cannot help me. Rather I have to email them and I should except the reply in few days. I called again on the helpline number but no-one answered to the call. I had no option but to call a locksmith. The locksmith had to break the lock to let us inside the property. Anglian replied to me email after 4-7 days and they are not willing to reimburse me for the money I paid the locksmith. They were expecting me and my family to stand outside the property for these number of days and wait for the email reply. This company does not look after the customers / clients when they really need them. I would advise don't go with Anglian.
