I love the human support team but find the new chatbot frustrating. I've purchased several appliances and always received great help over the phone, saving me money. Today, I tried to get a replacement for a submersible pump and the chatbot was unhelpful, wasting my time and ruining my shopping experience. I might as well shop elsewhere. Disappointing. Update: Once a human joined the chat, the issue was resolved, but I had already wasted 20 minutes with the chatbot. It would have been better if the entire conversation was shared, as my main issue was the contrast between the helpful humans and the ineffective chatbot. I prefer more human interaction.
