I value the human support team a lot, but the new chatbot is quite frustrating. I've bought several appliances and always got thoughtful help over the phone, which has saved me on brands and specifications. However, today, while looking for a replacement for a submersible pump, the chatbot was completely unhelpful. This wasted my time and marred my shopping experience. I might as well shop elsewhere. It's disappointing. Update after response: The situation improved when a human representative joined the chat and resolved my issue, but I had already spent 20 minutes being asked for my email by the chatbot. I wish the entire chat had been included, as my main concern was the contrast between the excellent human support and the ineffective chatbot. I prefer more human interaction.
