Order a rod and reel combo with some lures ect. The rod was discounted so a great deal! Unfortunately the rod was out of stock once ordered but I now have all the other items I bought for it, when I complained no alternative was offered. Now I have to drive to send the items back or post them at my expense. Just received a poor and scripted email. Never do business with them and support your local angling shop instead!!

Long-time customer disappointed by recent changes

I’ve been a customer for many years, but it seems there have been changes to the stock process. In my last three orders, at least one item has been missing and takes weeks to arrive, even though I opted for premium delivery! This time, I ordered two new sea fishing rods, line, and some swivels. Everything arrived on schedule except the rods, which are still not here. Now, I can’t go sea fishing during my Christmas break!

Frustrating order fulfillment experience

I ordered and paid for items listed as in stock. I received a dispatch confirmation stating one item was unavailable but would be addressed promptly. Then, I got another email saying the missing item was packed and waiting for dispatch. A week passed, and nothing arrived. I have a subscription for additional services and waited 40 minutes twice on calls, only to be disconnected when next in line. I emailed but got no response. This service is unacceptable. I just want the item I paid for or a refund. It’s interesting how quickly they are to take your money.

Response from customer service is quite slow

The response from customer service is quite slow. I ordered a product, but their system crashed, showing an error message. By the time I received a response, the product was out of stock. There was no apology for the delay, and now I must wait additional days for a refund.

Allowed to order items that are not actually in stock

I ordered and paid for items that were listed as in stock. I received confirmation that one item was not available but would be handled immediately. A day later, I got another email saying the missing item was picked and packed, waiting for dispatch. A week later, still nothing. Despite having a subscription, I called customer service twice, waiting 40 minutes each time, only to be disconnected when next in line. I emailed them, but received no reply. This service is absolutely disgraceful. I just want the item I paid for or a refund. It's funny how they don't take as long to collect your money.

Order not received despite subscription

I have been waiting a week for my item, which is still not even with a courier. It took 40 minutes to reach someone who just told me ‘hopefully’ it will be collected today. This is the second order in a row with problems; last time they sold me items that were out of stock. The subscription is a waste of money, and I will look elsewhere in the future.

Very poor service experience

The service is deplorable; I will never purchase anything again. I subscribed for quick delivery but received only half my order and am still waiting for the rest after a week. I waited 45 minutes in a queue only to be told it would be dispatched, yet two days later, it still hasn't been sent.

Issues with priority order fulfillment

I ordered with priority delivery and received only half of my order. When I called customer service, I was kept on hold for 30 minutes before being disconnected. I called four times, and every time I reached 30 minutes, the call was cut off.

Order marked delivered but not received

I placed an order on November 6th, marked as delivered on the 12th, but I never received it. I have called customer service four times, each with a 30-minute wait, and even sent them an email. The customer service and delivery method are terrible. This is a disappointing experience with the service.

Paid extra for delivery but it never arrived

I paid extra for delivery, but it never happened. I tried to call to check the order's status since the tracking number doesn’t work, and I was hung up on twice. This service is shocking, and I will not use it again. Avoid at all costs.
