While the pens arrived quickly and were of good quality, I must say that the customer support was lacking. I ordered the pen late in the day and tried to amend my order the next morning. The support team couldn't find my order and directed me to email them, which I did. Unfortunately, there was no response, and I received the order with incorrect personalization. Even after inquiring again about the amendment, I have yet to receive a reply.
It's been 5 days since I placed my order, and it still hasn't shipped! I ordered last Friday, and now it's Wednesday—no movement on the DHL tracking, which only shows 'electronically registered.' They promised delivery within 2–3 business days in Germany, but my order (just a pen!) hasn’t even been processed yet. It's very disappointing not to have any updates or clear communication. I hope this gets resolved soon, but I'm currently unhappy with this experience.
