Thoroughly unpleasant company, as soon as you make a claim for your pet they put exclusions into your policy to stop you claiming again in the future. My complaint was dealt with by telling me that as my pet had passed away now it doesn`t really matter ! £150 goodwill compensation and complaint escalated onto Head of Complaints, haven`t heard anything since 24th November 25. They don`t care about your beloved pets, I would go elsewhere !
