I cant recommend this insurance company enough, I have the platinum insurance package which covers pretty much everything including dental. When my boy was just 8 months old i was told he had luxating patella the operation was going to cost £2,500 if we hadn't had insurance i dont know what I would have done. The vets invoiced them direct i didnt even have to deal with it. 7 years on he got diagnosed with diabetes again this would have cost us thousands, i have complete peace of mind that the claims will always be dealt with i am able to focus on the care of my dog never having to worry about the cost. I am so gratful to them and would highly recomend them to anyone.
