Originally setting up the policy was easy and completely flexible depending on your requirements and budget. This was my first experience of being able to have such a flexible policy. Unfortunately I have also had to make a claim on my policy and it has been seamless and effortlessly. The main treatment had a pre-authorisation request which was also straightforward. Whilst the vet has handled the majority of the claim process there have been a couple of occasions I’ve needed to ask questions or speak to someone and the staff I’ve dealt with have been extremely friendly and helpful. My only disappointment is that I didn’t find them earlier!
