Filing a claim was quick and easy. I heard back from them within a few days. My claim information was provided via email and was easy to understand. My only complaint is that the person who called me after my claim was returned was more interested in getting my review than answering questions. I understand they were not an adjuster so I don't hold it against them, but it would have been nice to speak with someone who could have provided more thoughtful insight.
