This company will bait you into buying insurance with them because they advertise the lowest premiums on the market. DO NOT BE FOOLED, THEY WILL RAISE THE PRICES ON YOU TENFOLD. My monthly premium has DOUBLED since I signed on two years ago and am now paying almost $200/month for the same coverage I was paying $90 for in 2023. I called them trying to negotiate my premium down and they did not even entertain the thought because they think I'll be trapped now that my dog has known preexisitng conditions that won't be covered if I change insurance. This company is sleezy, look for insurance elsewhere.
So glad I bought this insurance plan for both my dogs . After having the plan for 16 months I actually had to file my first claim ; took only a week to get my check for the services I paid for at the vets . Two weeks later my dog needed surgery to remove a mass on his left front leg that grew quickly . The cost of that totaling over 6,000 dollars ; it was approved almost right away and now my other check is coming in the mail ; they are quick , not to mention they are also very kind and compassionate when you talk with them on the phone . I would highly recommend them to anyone needing affordable pet insurance with quick claim process , they are worth more than just 5 stars !!!
Extremely satisfied with animalia. I recently had to rush my 16 month old frenchie to the emergency room (very expensive bill) . Then a follow up visit with his regular vet . I submitted a claim and was reimbursed with in 5 days. Easy process and great , professional staff to deal with .
