I placed my order on January 6th for home delivery. It's been 8 days, and my order hasn't arrived yet. They don't respond to my emails inquiring about the order's status. The tracking information is unclear, leaving me uncertain about the delivery time. Imagine being at work when they attempt delivery. This service appears poorly organized and lacks urgency in sending packages. Additionally, I received an email stating they would refund me for 2 out-of-stock items, which was communicated only after 7 days of transit. This feels unjust. Any other online retailer would have notified me on the day of the order or the following day at the latest. My order totaled over 100€, yet they seem unconcerned. Thankfully, I don't need the items urgently, but I can't understand why the delivery is so delayed and why they can't communicate about it. The ignorance displayed is frustrating.
