Order Delayed with No Communication

I placed an order on January 6th for home delivery, and after 8 days, it still hasn't arrived. I've reached out via email to inquire about the status, but there's been no response. The tracking information is vague, leaving me uncertain about when to expect the package. It's frustrating to think that it might arrive while I'm at work. This service exhibits poor organization and a lack of urgency in shipping. Additionally, I received an email stating they would refund me for two items that are out of stock, but this notification came a week after the order was already in transit. I find this unacceptable; a reputable online shop would have informed me immediately or within a day. My order totalled over 100€, yet they seem indifferent to the urgency of the situation. While I don't need the items right away, I can't comprehend the significant delay and their failure to communicate the reasons behind it. The overall lack of responsiveness is incredibly disappointing.

Delivery exceeds 8 days—package still not received.

The tracking information is unclear, leaving me uncertain about the delivery time. Imagine being at work when they attempt delivery. This service appears poorly organized and lacks urgency in sending packages. Additionally, I received an email stating they would refund me for 2 out-of-stock items, which was communicated only after 7 days of transit. This feels unjust. Any other online retailer would have notified me on the day of the order or the following day at the latest. My order totaled over 100€, yet they seem unconcerned. Thankfully, I don't need the items urgently, but I can't understand why the delivery is so delayed and why they can't communicate about it. The ignorance displayed is frustrating.

Uses a poor delivery service.

This service relies on a delivery company that is inadequate. I paid for home delivery, yet my 12kg package was sent to a pickup location. The support team stated there was nothing they could do, and I need to retrieve it myself, which is nearly 1km away. I currently do not have a car. Clearly, they lack concern for customer convenience.

Avoid this service—poor experience.

I strongly recommend against using this service. The customer service is extremely lacking. They attempted to cancel my order because they couldn't find a suitable box for packaging. They promise dispatch within 3 working days, yet it's been 5 full working days and the product still hasn't been sent. They show no concern.

Truly disappointing experience.

Despite their promise of dispatch within 72 hours, a week later, the urgently needed item hasn't arrived, and it appears it will take another 5 days. Customer service is unresponsive. I will not use this service again.

Extremely slow service.

The service is extremely slow. I placed my order on May 2nd, and it has yet to be with the carrier for delivery. There has been no communication. I will not return.
