The tracking information is vague, leaving me uncertain about when to expect the package. It's frustrating to think that it might arrive while I'm at work. This service exhibits poor organization and a lack of urgency in shipping. Additionally, I received an email stating they would refund me for two items that are out of stock, but this notification came a week after the order was already in transit. I find this unacceptable; a reputable online shop would have informed me immediately or within a day. My order totalled over 100€, yet they seem indifferent to the urgency of the situation. While I don't need the items right away, I can't comprehend the significant delay and their failure to communicate the reasons behind it. The overall lack of responsiveness is incredibly disappointing.
