I am very disappointed with the reception service at Animal Trust Birkenhead. There is an older lady who has been working here for a long time, but unfortunately she has no interest in helping people. She never answers the phone, and even when there is an emergency, she doesn’t care. Her attitude is unpleasant and unprofessional, and it makes the whole experience very stressful. It feels like she simply doesn’t want to help at all. The only positive side is the doctors – they are kind and do their best, but the reception makes the whole experience very frustrating.
