Animal Trust Failsworth... Simply the best. Never had any issues with them. Excellent staff, excellent vets. I wont take my pets anywhere else... oh, and they have their own out of hours service, they don't refer you to a massively overpriced out of hours service

Shrewsbury animal trust is amazing. Great reception staff big shout out to nay who moved my appointment without any fuss and lovely manner. I love this vets my dog hollie gets VIP treatment every time. Recently treated for an eye ucler by an amazing vet never met a vet so kind or caring oscur i think his name is . I just hope this vet is permanent .
We have been using AT in Blackburn and Bolton for 16 years for our dogs. After inroads to other vets when appointments weren't available, we go back to AT again and again. There is no selling expensive services, and things like Xray and blood tests are a lot less. The vets are always helpful and interested to help. I can only recommend them as 5 star, and will continue to support their services. 10/10 . (Last visit. Yesterday. )
Simply wanted to enquire as to the cost of a particular drug. No more. Straightforward question requiring a straightforward answer. No: prices for drugs aren't on your website. The surgery prices are. No: you don't need to see a vet when not looking for a vet's professional medical expertise. It is not difficult or requiring of any level of skill to inform a potential customer of a price for a single tablet. Makes you wonder why they have to hide their pricing. Was seriously considering moving to this vet and they failed at the first hurdle. Added to the fact that the general phone number is not on their website but all done online. Personal touch. Not. Rubbish service and quite ridiculous power play of the feeble minded.
The health plan-Paw Assist I have had problems with and despite emailing them multiple times over the past few months they have failed to reply to my concerns or even acknowledge them. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Terrible customer service.
I’ve been the Dewsbury clinic multiple times in recent months with my 4 dogs. Their prices for things like x-ray, dental, and neuter are much more reasonable than any of the other practices near me. The vets I’ve met have always been friendly and thorough, they were especially good when my dog with separation anxiety needed to come in for a procedure.
Brilliant experience today. The vet was so kind and professional with my Frenchie who’s been really sore and anxious with her ears. He gained her trust, handled her gently and confidently, and managed to do what needed doing without stressing her out. I finally feel listened to and like we’re on the right track. I took my French Bulldog Leo to Animal Trust Bolton in April 2025 My previous Vets in Leigh, quoted me 7 grand to scan him, and do surgery on a Luxating Patella (knee) They wanted me to pay the whole amount upfront!! despite Leo having £12,500 of Pet Insurance available to use. I saw an Orthopaedic Vet at Bolton, he is called BRANDON…what an amazing guy!Very honest, and SO knowledgable. I immediately put my trust in BRANDON he is so easy to talk to.. He always invites me to take a seat why we had a chat. Leo 1st needed to loose weight. He went from 15.2 to 14.5 through going on a raw portion controlled diet. He still needs to be 14kg After an Xray in November 2025, and SO MANY Vet consultations…Leo had the surgery on 21/1/26 🙏BRANDON even asked his Collegue ( I think he was called James) to come from Animal Trust at Ellesmere Port, to do Leos Surgery He is now in the recovery period. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 MASSIVE Stars to Brandon IN THE PAST 9 MONTHS, THAT WE HAVE BEEN COMING FOR MEDICATION, XRAY AND SURGERY, THE TOTAL COST IS £1,500 What a MASSIVE difference! Also can I give a Receptionist called JACQUELINE a mention What a lovely helpful cheerful lady,who very sympathetic to every Clients needs…All done with exceptional professionalism⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s to Jacqueline Well Done to you All
