I feel the Birkenhead branch some of the vets give off a not really interested in fully investigating a problem/ concern if it doesn't involved actually making any money from it. Went in with a concern and I was in there less than 2 mins checked one thing on my dog which wasn't even the most thorough check then that was it. Was given 2 possible reasons why my dog could be deaf or going deaf but still really not sure if she is I have done more thorough tests at home myself
