I thought these were the vets to go to but how wrong was I. I took my dog as he became unwell quite suddenly. Being insured, I was told by the Animal Trust team that they would take care of my claim and deal with everything. This all happened back in November 2024, behold and out of the blue, I receive email from the Animal Trust threatening the bill has not been paid and its over 60 days since my dog received treatment and they are going to start debt recovery proceedings within 7 days.This was the first time I received anything from them that suggested there was an issue with the claim.I then find out they have not even claimed from the insurance properly. One phone call made to the insurance by me and its all sorted within minutes.In essence, don't let them deal with insurance claims as they are useless and when they get it wrong, they resort to threatening debt recovery when all they had to do was call me to say there was an issue.
