They over book and you’re kept waiting for ages.They always try to sell you something.Have now started to say they might need to ‘stage’ cat teeth removal, so pay £419 for the first op then bring them back in and pay another £419 for the second op! Funny how they didn’t mention that might happen when I booked AND PAID for the 1 op up front. Online appointment said my pet would have the procedure at 11am. By the time I’d dropped him off it had moved to 1pm.Then the nurse told me they leave ‘cat dental to the end of the day’ and I might not be able to pick him up till 5 or 6pm. WHY put animals who don’t know what’s going on, through this? Why put the guardians through this? And potentially twice?? I’m so stressed. I hate this place and will not be coming back. My poor cat!
