This company doesn't deserve 1 star This veterinary experience at Animal Trust Dewsbury left much to be desired. I arrived to pick up my dog's medication, expecting it to be around £29 as usual. However, they provided a different, more expensive brand due to stock issues, insisting on a £42 charge. With only £33 in hand, I requested half the tablets but was informed of an additional dispensing fee, leaving me short. To acquire a paper prescription for online purchase, they charged a staggering £27.Upon further investigation, I discovered that the same medication could be obtained for just 10p per tablet, making it a mere £6 for 60 tablets. The £42 charge for 60 tablets and the £27 prescription fee, especially from a so-called non-profit veterinary clinic, appears exorbitant. It raises questions about their claim of being a non-profit establishment when the facts suggest otherwise.
