Don't touch animal trust, they are very irresponsible, administration insisted I owed money, when I did not, I contacted them on many occasions, just to be told they don't keep records, which is absolute nonsense, then they decided to get a dept collectors involved, and threatened court action, long story short, they had to back down, because they were wrong, administration, and the receptionists don't know what they are doing
