ZERO Stars - Your Pet is their Cash Cow

The Animal Trust Vets is a scam by the Cambridge educated founder Owen Monie who has set up Vet Surgeries in poor areas where people will have lower education levels regarding medical ailments for their pets where this can be exploited.I took my dog there 5 times, the first time cost me £150 which I discovered from another Vet in another practice months later that my dog had an allergy and didn't need any medication at the outset, only a change of food, but this was never mentioned by any of the Vets at Animal trust. All they did was squeeze me for money, almost £100 each time and tried to get me to pay £420 for a diagnostics package. Each Vet tried every time to get me to have the diagnostics, attempting to play on my fears, but my spidy senses perked up as it didn't seem right. They also wouldn't answer my questions about allergies etc, because they kept pushing the £420 package. It appears that now with hindsight that the Vets must be on financial incentives for their salary just like any Salesperson. The 350+ people on here which make up the 60% of NEGATIVE 1 star reviews over 3+ years says everything. Owen Monie should be investigated by Panorama or other bodies. Only recently I looked into the Animal Trust Vets and discovered that Owen Monie's first practice he set up he sold and made a good profit after just 3 years. He then set up RUMBRY LIMITED in 2012 to establish and build up a number of Vet Practices to then sell on as a major profit. If you google 'Owen Monie Animal Trust Vets facebook' there is a recent video in which he details this, but he also lies too, as he states that he set up Animal trust Vets in 2012, but this is a lie. He changed the name of Rumbry Limited in 2019 to Animal Trust Vets LIMITED (for-profit) but then decided to flip it into a non-profit in 2020 where he could still receive a £250,000 a year salary but apply for grants from the government to fund, build Vets Surgeries. One of his practices was given £700,000 by the Welsh Government to establish one in a poor area. After looking into this, it appears that his 'vision' is to build up Animal Trust Vets up to say 50 practices and then he will flip the business model back to a for-profit and sell the business for a huge profit. This can be done with the regulators if his Vets Surgeries are no longer serving the public need, which by the reviews on this site, it clearly isn't. Animal trust Vets currently has over £8 million in assets and over £3.25 million in cash assets and generates over £1 million in NET profit last year. How do they make so much profit, by training their Vets to treat every sick animal as a cash cow. If you dont believe me, look at their accounts. Only took me half an hour to get the above information and after being advised wrongly by Animal Trust Vets 5 times, my dog needed medication to repair the damage caused by an allergy (food) which they wouldn't diagnose without me spending £420, and I changed his food, and he's fine. If I kept on going there, my dog will still be ill to this day, costing me a small fortune. Bad for me, great for them, especially Owen Monie.
